Awake in the New Year: Setting Conscious Intentions for 2018

“Energy is our most precious resource, for it is the means by which we transform our creative potential into meaningful action.” Tarthang Tulku

This daylong retreat is an invitation to take a sacred pause as we transition into the New Year…  to bring possibility and transformation to our lives in 2018. This is a radically fresh approach to New Year’s “resolutions” that is not about self-improvement.  Instead, it is about self-acceptance, conscious choice, and a celebration of our True Nature. This is both an opportunity to deepen in the practice of meditation and mindfulness and to align your energy with your deepest intentions for the year ahead.  We will harvest the lessons of 2017; release limiting beliefs, connect with our deepest intentions, and vision for the year ahead.

Awake in the New Year involves: meditation, mindful inquiry, writing, a dharma talk, and a facilitated group discussion. This daylong retreat is appropriate for experienced meditators and those who are new to practice.

If you want to transition into the New Year with clarity and presence, this retreat is not to be missed.

The safe and intimate space engendered by Eden’s loving presence and wisdom was invaluable. It’s without a doubt the most kind experience I gifted myself for the New Year.
