“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change” — Carl Rogers

This simple and sometimes challenging paradox applies to our relationship with ourselves first and then to the beings with whom we are creating relationships with. From this place of acceptance inside ourselves, we can discover the tools to relate to our children during a hysterical (and embarassing) toddler meltdown at the mall to any variety of teenage shenanigans, often which have us questioning ourselves, our capability, and our sanity.

If this is you, join us for our monthly Mindful Parenting conference call.
