In this time of convergent crises, we are being called to bring our fullest selves to act on behalf of what we love, towards climate justice and a future we desire. The legacy of patriarchy has left us all, whatever our gender, with deep unconscious biases about leadership and action that limit our options and make genuine, un-hierarchical cooperation difficult.
We can overcome those inherited biases and re-awaken our natural capacity for attunement, relational awareness, intuition and deep listening to forge new, far healthier and more effective forms of leadership.
In this experiential journey into regenerative, heart-centered leadership for people of all genders, ages, colors and backgrounds at all phases of life’s journey, we will open the door to rebalancing the feminine and masculine beyond any gender-binary perceptions and discover radical new paths and practices to cultivate our human wholeness.
Our journey will include meditation and mindful inquiry, reflection and writing, and ritual in the context of conscious global community.
