Seeing with the heart:
a mentorship program for leaders and facilitators
(This program is offered only for those who have completed the Heart of Listening 6-month Leadership Training)
Seeing with the Heart is an opportunity for graduates of The Heart of Listening to deepen their embodiment as leaders and facilitators in this age of change. This program nurtures personal growth, leadership, and one's ability to hold transformative group space. It is based on the premise that one's willingness to see clearly, with the heart, beyond the limited perception lens of the conditioned mind, is the most important foundation for a compassionate and skillful leader. This program weaves teachings from Zen Buddhism and Eco-Dharma, Relational Mindfulness, The Work That Reconnects, and Regenerative Leadership. This program draws from Eden's books Relational Mindfulness: A Handbook for Deepening Our Connection with Ourselves, Each Other, and the Planet and Luminous Darkness: An Engaged Buddhist Approach to Embracing the Unknown.
Structure of 6-Month Training: Each month, participants will meet twice as a group for an interactive and experiential teaching. Every session will be recorded. Recorded audio teaching will be provided in between sessions as well. Participants will also receive a monthly one on one session with Eden for personal guidance. Participants will be paired with a practice partner, as well as have access to a group forum and a Q&A page.

Personal Consultations: (50 minutes, once a month) will be scheduled directly with Eden’s assistant. You will also receive recorded teachings and practices to engage in in between our group meetings.

THIS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM REQUIRES A COMMITMENT TO ONE’S PRACTICE AND THE GROUP PROCESS. IT IS ALSO DESIGNED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BUSY SCHEDULES AND MAY NEED TO DO THE WORK ON THEIR OWN TIME. DAILY LIFE IS OUR PRIMARY LABORATORY FOR EMBODIMENT.
