We are a small organization and we do not have the resources to respond to email daily.
We also carry a core value to use technology and the internet consciously and with care, allowing technology to be an ally to a wakeful life, rather than a deterrent.
Eden has a wonderful assistant named Ki, and Ki responds to email 3 times per week.
Eden does not have the resources to respond to practice questions from students; however, if you wish to be in personal contact, you may join the Deepening Practice Program, for a monthly sliding scale donation.
Deborah Eden Tull teaches an awareness of the big picture of our relationship with food, and offers a powerful, inspiring manifesto for how to apply this greater awareness and mindfulness to our daily lifestyle, starting with the meals we eat. Through her grounded and compassionate approach to sustainability and inspiring stories from sustainable communities, she guides us in embodying the change, rather than just thinking about it. This comprehensive book offers many realistic and practical options for radically reducing consumption and waste in the kitchen while increasing awareness of the impact of our decisions on our world. This should be in every household library.
